Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Autoqueue, including the website, dashboard, email alerts, and browser extension. Autoqueue is operated by Dcipher LLC.

Service Overview

  • Autoqueue is a queue-live alert service. It monitors compliant external signals for supported retailers and sends alerts when a watched queue or drop appears to be live.
  • For Auto-Queue users, the browser extension may open an approved retailer URL in your browser when a queue-live signal fires.
  • Autoqueue does not buy products, join queues for you, solve captchas, bypass waiting rooms, automate checkout, scrape protected retailer pages, or act on your behalf on retailer websites.
  • You are responsible for all actions you take on retailer websites, including queue participation, captcha completion, cart activity, checkout, payment, and compliance with retailer terms.

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Access to Autoqueue may require approval by an administrator.
  • Autoqueue may issue an access key for extension use. You may not sell, share, publish, or transfer your access key.
  • Autoqueue may bind an access key to the first browser extension install that uses it. If you reinstall or change devices, you may need an admin reset.
  • We may suspend, disable, or revoke access if we believe an account or access key is being misused.

Plans, Billing, and Availability

  • Autoqueue may offer different access tiers, such as email-only alerts and email plus extension queue opening.
  • Fees, features, and availability may change over time. If paid billing is enabled, billing terms shown at purchase or in your dashboard also apply.
  • Autoqueue does not guarantee that you will receive an alert for every drop, join every queue, obtain any product, receive any particular queue position, or complete any purchase.
  • Queue events can be missed due to browser closure, network issues, extension disconnection, service outages, retailer changes, signal delays, or other conditions outside our control.

Acceptable Use

  • You may use Autoqueue only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
  • You may not use Autoqueue to build or operate bots, bypass queues, evade retailer protections, automate retailer actions, abuse retailer systems, or violate retailer terms.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or distribute Autoqueue or the extension except as allowed by law.
  • You may not interfere with Autoqueue systems, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, overload the service, or use access keys that do not belong to you.
  • You may not submit malicious, misleading, or unauthorized feed data to Autoqueue.

Retailers and Third Parties

  • Autoqueue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Pokemon Center, Sam's Club, Costco, or any other retailer referenced by the service.
  • Retailer websites, queues, accounts, products, prices, stock, checkout, shipping, refunds, and support are controlled by the retailer, not Autoqueue.
  • Third-party services used by Autoqueue, such as hosting, database, email, authentication, analytics, and payment providers, may have their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

  • Autoqueue, including its software, website, extension, designs, text, branding, and service logic, is owned by Dcipher LLC or its licensors.
  • These Terms do not transfer ownership of Autoqueue or any intellectual property rights to you.
  • You may not remove notices, misuse Autoqueue branding, or imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Disclaimers

  • Autoqueue is provided as is and as available.
  • We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
  • We do not warrant that Autoqueue will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or successful at detecting every queue or drop.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dcipher LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, missed drops, queue position, or inability to purchase products.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dcipher LLC's total liability for claims relating to Autoqueue will not exceed the amount you paid to Autoqueue in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using Autoqueue at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Autoqueue or others, misused the service, or if we discontinue the service.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and acceptable use restrictions.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
  • Your continued use of Autoqueue after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
