Cancel a plan
Website plans: your account page, then Manage plan. Apple plans: iPhone Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period.
Payments
Payments are final; we do not offer refunds. Requests about Apple purchases go to Apple.
Delete your account
In the CardCheck app: Account, then Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. This cannot be undone.
Better photos
Photograph the card flat, out of its sleeve, in even light, with the whole card and all four edges in frame. The printable capture sheet in the app helps.
Grades
A CardCheck grade is an estimate. We use advanced image recognition techniques. Accuracy is never guaranteed.
