Autoqueue SMS live-drop alerts is an optional, transactional text message program operated by Dcipher LLC for Autoqueue members. This page describes exactly what the program sends, how a member opts in, and how to get help or cancel. It is published so the program can be reviewed without an Autoqueue account.

How to opt in
Opt-in happens only on the Autoqueue website, by a signed-in account holder. Autoqueue never adds a phone number on a member's behalf, never buys or imports phone numbers, and never treats a saved phone number as consent by itself.
- Sign in to your Autoqueue account at autoqueue.app/login.
- Open your dashboard and find the section titled "SMS live-drop alerts".
- Enter a US mobile number in the optional mobile phone field.
- Check the SMS consent box. It is a separate checkbox, unchecked by default, and it controls nothing except SMS.
- Select "Save SMS settings". One confirmation text is sent to the number you entered.
Saving a phone number without checking the box stores the number and sends nothing. Saving a different number without checking the box again clears the previous consent, because a different number is a different person.

These are the only messages the program sends. Each one fits in a single segment and contains no links.
Live-drop alert
Sent when a supported online drop is reported live and you are subscribed to that retailer.
Autoqueue: Pokemon Center is live. Check your email or browser now. Reply STOP to opt out.
Opt-in confirmation
Sent once, immediately after you check the consent box and save.
Autoqueue: SMS alerts on. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent not required to buy. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
HELP reply
Sent when you text HELP to the Autoqueue number.

Help and cancellation
- For help, reply HELP to any Autoqueue text or email labs@dcipher.dev.
- To cancel, reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any Autoqueue text. You can also turn SMS off and remove your saved number at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancelling SMS removes both your saved phone number and your SMS consent record. It does not disable your email alerts or your browser access.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
- Autoqueue will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with the providers that deliver and operate the Autoqueue SMS program.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Autoqueue can be used in full without ever providing a phone number.
