# Autoqueue

> Autoqueue is a queue-live alert service for Pokémon TCG and One Piece TCG collectors. It monitors Pokémon Center, Sam's Club, Costco, Walmart, Target, Macy's, and Premium Bandai for live drop signals and opens the store queue in your browser the instant it fires. From $8/mo.

Autoqueue detects when a watched TCG store queue or limited-release product page goes live and immediately opens the official page in the user's browser or sends an email alert. This gives collectors a timing advantage of seconds to minutes over Discord and X-based alerts, which can mean thousands of queue positions or reaching limited stock before it sells out.

## Plans

- **Alerts ($8/mo):** Email alerts when a drop is detected. Covers Pokémon TCG at Pokémon Center, Sam's Club, Costco, Walmart, Target, and Macy's, and One Piece TCG at Premium Bandai (preorders and raffles).
- **Auto-Queue ($20/mo):** Everything in Alerts plus the browser extension that opens the store tab automatically the instant a drop fires.

Users can enable or disable each watched store from the dashboard.

## How it works

1. Autoqueue watches trusted public sources for live drop signals.
2. A classifier filters out affiliate promotions, future-tense announcements, third-party marketplace listings, unrelated retailers (Best Buy, Amazon, GameStop, eBay), and noise. Only confirmed live drops at watched stores pass.
3. When a live drop is confirmed, the signal is broadcast to connected extension clients (opens the store tab) and email is sent to eligible users.
4. Users join the queue and complete checkout manually. Autoqueue never automates the purchase, solves captchas, or bypasses queue systems.

## Compliance

Autoqueue does not automate personal social media accounts, poll protected retail stores from servers, or take any action on the retailer. The store is observed only passively inside the user's own browser. Users perform all queue and checkout actions themselves.

## Browser extension

The Autoqueue browser extension is a free install for Chrome (Chrome Web Store), Firefox (Firefox Add-ons), and Safari on macOS (Mac App Store). It has a single options page: paste the account's access key into the "Access key" field, click "Connect", and the status reads "Connected." An access key works in one browser at a time; members move it between browsers themselves with the dashboard's "Switch browser" action. Users can choose a tab style: the default opens available product pages assigned or confidently matched to an alert; an initial assigned batch can contain up to 8 pages, and a different product found during the same retailer event may open once later. An initial automatic match also keeps the official store page as a safety tab. "Open Official Store Page" opens one official store tab for the whole retailer event. Tab style affects browser delivery only; alert emails use the best exact product match available, and a different later matched product may send its own deduped email.

- The current Chrome, Firefox, and Safari source manifests request only `storage`, `alarms`, and access to `https://queue.autoqueue.app/*`. They do not request the `tabs` permission or retailer-host access.
- The current extension does not inspect tab metadata, read browsing history, or read page contents. It uses standard tab/window creation APIs to open a validated official URL.

## Trust, evidence, and status

- Trust center: https://autoqueue.app/trust - exact extension permissions, product boundaries, privacy controls, official distribution, and the limits of public evidence.
- First-party status: https://status.autoqueue.app - scheduled checks of the website/account path and alert engine plus incident history. The homepage fetches the current overall state live and fails to Unknown if it cannot be reached. A passing check does not prove complete source coverage, retailer availability, browser execution, or inbox delivery.
- Public daily drop logs appear in the Autoqueue blog only when a non-invalidated event has positive browser-send or email-provider-acceptance evidence. They do not prove stock, queue entry, tab execution, inbox placement, or purchase.
- Performance metrics are built but remain disabled until the fixed sample thresholds and private review gate pass. Do not quote a latency number unless the public trust page actually renders it.
